Refunds & Returns
Change of Mind Returns
We may accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused and unopened.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The item is in a resaleable condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Incorrect Item Ordered by Customer
Customers are responsible for ensuring the product ordered is suitable for their printer or requirements.
If a customer orders the incorrect product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds or exchanges may be provided once the item has been returned in resaleable condition.
Incorrect Item Supplied by AllPnC
If AllPnC supplies an incorrect item, we will arrange replacement or refund and cover reasonable shipping costs associated with correcting the error.
Faulty Products
Products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2:00pm AWST are generally dispatched the same business day where stock is available for immediate shipment.
Products sourced from interstate suppliers may require additional processing time. Orders requiring stock transfer from the eastern states are generally processed before 12:00pm AWST for same-day supplier dispatch where available.
Dispatch times are estimates only and may vary due to supplier availability, public holidays, peak periods, weather events, or courier delays.
Delivery Areas
AllPnC ships Australia-wide.
Delivery Carriers
Orders may be shipped using Australia Post, StarTrack, or other suitable courier services depending on product type, destination, and supplier fulfilment arrangements.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates provided by Australia Post, StarTrack, or other carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery timeframes.
Delays caused by carriers, weather events, public holidays, industrial action, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of AllPnC.
Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If an order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, customers should contact AllPnC as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier and provide assistance.
Perth Installation Services
Installation, onsite support, printer setup, and related services are currently available to Perth Metropolitan customers only unless otherwise arranged.
Where printer installation is purchased through the website, the following conditions apply:
- Delivery charges remain payable at checkout and are separate from installation services.
- Installation pricing includes setup of up to two (2) computers or devices connected to the printer.
- Installation services are provided at ground-floor locations with safe and unobstructed access.
- Locations involving stairs, multiple levels, restricted access, specialised equipment requirements, commercial fit-outs, or additional device configuration may incur additional charges.
If your installation requirements fall outside these standard conditions, please contact AllPnC prior to ordering so we can provide an appropriate quotation.
AllPnC reserves the right to review installation requirements and advise of any additional costs before work is scheduled.
Warranty Information
Genuine Products
Genuine OEM products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
Economy Compatible Toners
All Economy Compatible toner products supplied by AllPnC are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Premium Compatible Toners
All Premium Compatible toner products supplied by AllPnC are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims may require troubleshooting information, photographs, or return of the product for assessment before a replacement or refund is approved.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation.
- Physical damage caused after delivery.
- Misuse or abuse.
- Damage caused by external equipment faults.
- Normal wear and tear.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund where required by law.
Compatible Toner Disclaimer
Compatible toner products sold by AllPnC are aftermarket products and are not manufactured, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the original printer manufacturer.
Any references to brands including HP®, Brother®, Canon®, Kyocera®, Xerox®, Ricoh®, Epson®, Lexmark®, OKI® and others are used solely for the purpose of identifying printer compatibility.
All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
